The Day That Lehman Died - Palm Beach Theater Guild (April 2010)
More then sixty people enjoyed a reading of Matthew Solon's BBC Peabody award-winning radio play, The Day That Lehman Died, at a fundraiser April 1, to benefit the historic Royal Poinciana Playhouse in West Palm Beach. Director J. Barry Lewis orchestrated a very spirited reading about the downfall of Lehman Brothers from an exceptional ensemble that included: Barrie Ingham, Frank Converse, Michael St. Pierre, Avery Sommers, Tom Wahl, Peter Haig, Dan Leonard, George Kapetan, Scott D. Wilson, Richie Lester, Brad Barfield, Seth Trucks, and Andrea Conte. The stage manager was John Gavin from Aurora Production Group. The historic, landmarked Royal Poinciana Playhouse and Plaza is awaiting official word of being placed on the eleven most endangered places in Florida by the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation. This designation is expected by mid-May. See this news story: http://www.palmbeachdailynews.com/arts/theater-guilds-flynn-nominates-royal-poinciana-playhouse-for-504525.html .

Praise for Wild Stages: Kabarett MFA! (May 2008)
'Scott Wilson makes a creepily innocent impression singing "Aunticide" by Frank Wedekind. Dressed in short pants and a beribboned hat, Wilson tells of killing his aunt for her money, transforming himself from shy child to murderer in the beat of a heart.' [see full article here]

Praise for The Labyrinth of Desire (February 2008)
'Whenever Scott Wilson emerges to steal his every scene as Camacho, inspired by Shakespeare’s Falstaff. He’s hilarious. Better yet, Wilson anchors the clown’s wilder flights of fantasy and aristocratic pretension with earthy modesty. Even in a lurid red-and-gold disguise, the actor evokes a blue collar — adding potency to the class differences as crucial to Svich’s post-modernist architecture as the gender and sexual differences.' Professional Accolades
'Scott is a charismatic teacher with a dynamite combination of knowledge of the craft and care for his students.'
- Mandy Fox, Asst. Professor of Acting & Directing, The Ohio State University
'Scott has a flair and gift for comedy but can also play drama, and he searches for and discovers the humanity in the characters he develops.'
- Ed Vaughan, Professor & Performance Internship Coordinator, Otterbein College
'Scott is a listener on stage. I can think of no quality more important in an actor. It was a joy to work with him. I don't think it's possible for Scott to be dishonest on stage. And his natural sense of the comic allows for rich work full of electricity and insight. He has an incredible capacity to imagine and embody.'
